Baked Parmesan Tomatoes

Forget boring, plain tomatoes. Try this delicious baked tomato recipe stuffed with delicious parmesan and fresh herbs. You can get super creative an add any cheese or flavorings you fancy!

Ingredients for 2 serves:

1 large tomato cut into slices
2 tbs grated parmesan cheese
2 sprigs of fresh oregano
salt and pepper


1.) Placed sliced tomatoes onto a lined baking sheet.
2.) Season the tomatoes generously with salt, pepper and hand-torn oregano leaves.
3.) Top with parmesan cheese
4.) Bake at 425 F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
