Halibut Wrap with Mango Salsa

Feeling like something fresh and delicious for lunch or dinner? Try this amazingly delicious wrap filled with tender halibut and tangy-sweet mango salsa. This recipe is sure to be a favorite!

Ingredients for 2-3 serves:

1 large mango, chopped
1 clove of garlic
1/4 white onion, finely diced
2 tbs cilantro, chopped
1 small red tomato, diced
1 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
pepper, to taste
1 pound of halibut
4 lettuce leaves
your favorite seasoning/ spice rub
2-3 Large pita wraps


1.) To make the salsa add the mango, garlic, onion, cilantro, lime juice, tomato, apple cider vinegar and pepper into a mixing bowl and combine well. Set aside.

2.) Cook the halibut over a medium flame with your favorite seasoning or spice rub.

3.) To assemble, place the lettuce on the pita bread followed by the fish and mango salsa.

4.) Wrap, serve and enjoy!
