Reduced Fat Nachos

Nachos are the perfect sports watching and party food however they can be loaded with calories. Here is a healthy version that is delicious but also lower in calories than regular nachos.

Serves 4

1 bag of organic oven baked corn chips (blue or yellow corn is fine)
3/4 cup of organic salsa (your favorite kind)
3/4 cup of organic shredded Mexican cheese
1/2 cup of fresh avocado, mashed


1.) Place your chips down on a tray that has been lined with a generous amount of foil.

2.) Top with salsa and cheese and place into a preheated 400 F oven for 7-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted

bake with cheese (1 of 1)

3.)  Spoon the fresh avocado on top and serve

top with avocado (1 of 1)
