Sprouted Grain French Toast with Raspberries

You do not have to feel guilty about having this for breakfast!

This recipe is high in fiber, protein and is low fat. It also makes a perfect midnight snack!

Ingredients for two serves:
4 sprouted grain slices of bread 

4 large eggs, organic preferred

1 tbsp
 organic milk
3 shakes of ground cinnamon

2 tsps
 raw organic honey

1 cup fresh raspberries

1.) Crack the egg into a shallow dish along with the vanilla, cinnamon and milk and beat together with a fork. (If you are lactose intolerant water works just as well.)

2.) Dunk the bread into the egg mix and allow to sit on each side for a few minutes until the bread has soaked up a bit of the egg mixture.

3.) Place the bread in a lightly greased fry pan (use rice bran oil or coconut oil) and cook for 2-4 minutes on each side or until golden.

4.) Drizzle with honey, top with raspberries and enjoy!
